N - Session 3

Changes I have noticed:

N slept past 7 am again for the second day in a row. This is definitely not normal for him. He is usually up around 6 every morning telling us "the sun is up, time to get up". Bedtime has not changed either. Though last night, because he did not nap, he went to bed without any fuss and about an hour earlier.

He also went to church class without any problem.

Nicholas said: "May I have ice cold water please?". Usually it's "water!" or a grunt.

Again, part of me is going "this is too soon to see changes", yet I am seeing changes.

No tantrums today (this is HUGE!)

Bedtime was awful though. When my husband traveled from Oct 09 - May 10, we had a behavior therapist who can to help me. We did not get the tantrums under control but we did get the bedtime routine under control. When my husband stopped traveling, he had missed the kids so much he started laying down with the twins to get them to sleep. Now that he want to stop, the twins are not happy - hence the awful bedtime tonight.

Session:

A1, after he was asleep.

Thanks for sharing your experiences which are not unlike much of the feedback received for more than twenty years.

The ALERT experience has always shown to be useful– it’s to what extent. With the ALERT sessions the neurons experience intense stimulation. The stimulation may enhance neuronal communication. However - Neuronal communication is contingent on neurotransmitter availability. (Which is another discussion)

There are times where parents may question their efforts with implementation of the ALERT. As parents come to realize and appreciate the essential cell survival requirements that the ALERT provides they understand and then do what is necessary for continued progress. They also come to realize the benefits for themselves as they begin to explore cell awareness through the ALERT process.

Since no one is exempt from the rules of cellular engagement and since the ALERT process addresses the non-negotiable foundations of cell survival – everyone can benefit from providing themselves the ALERT opportunity.

It appears you have had favorable benefits from your initial experience. Keep in mind your child will be experiencing a new found awareness. With the enhanced sensory capabilities come challenges – new learning opportunities. There may be days or weeks of set-backs followed by days or weeks of progress. Typically the trajectory will however be to the upside with more ups and downs.

Over the years the ALERT has addressed a whole host of social, emotional and behavioral challenges along with the many adrenal/blood-sugar related challenges. Even more who have utilized the devise to enhance academic and athletic performance.

Best to your continued success –

(Always available for assistance)
